• To provide Management Consulting Services to acquire relevant Personnel through various online and networking methods.

• To create a specific Job Description and Definition Sheet for each profile. This would also help identify Key Result Areas (KRA’s) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as expected from candidates.
• To screen candidates and align them for your final recruitment and selection.
• To ensure relevant background and reference checks through self, networks and External Agencies, wherever necessary.

Method of Operation

• Networking: Here, it would be largely based on network and outreach.

• Social Media: Largely on social media outreach. However, this might require relevant budgets to reach the right candidates.

• Online Job Sites: Would require to post Job Requirements on various leading sites to get width in marketplace.

Terms of Association:

• We expect a period of up to 6 weeks to 12 weeks to fill up all relevant positions. We would provide additional 6 weeks of Monitoring after Screening, Recruitment and Selection has been completed.

• For the above service, we would charge a fee of 8.33 % of the Annual Cost to Company of the Candidate. This will be payable at 100% on Selection of Candidate. 

• We will give an Assured Replacement up to 3 months of Candidates employment.

• Any Expense at Actuals incurred to be reimbursed for the following
  • Conveyance within Mumbai for Meetings and Recruitment
  • Travel, Boarding and Lodging Out of Mumbai 
  • Booking Meeting Rooms for Candidates Interviews
